• I just vacationed (Aug 2 – 6) at Fire on the Mountain cabin. We had up to 9 people (all adults) staying at the cabin. Each of us enjoyed this cabin very much. The cabin was as pictured with a very good view of the surrounding mountains. The cabin was very comfortable and our family had little trouble adjusting to this “home away from home”. Hot water could be a problem if everyone took a shower all at once; if however the showers were spaced out this was not a problem. All appliances worked well, the dryer start switch and the microwave start button are showing signs of wear however everything worked and it was very nice to have the use of a washer and dryer. The hot tub and sauna worked with no problems and the view from the upper level deck had me trying to spend as many early mornings and late evenings as possible sitting in one of the rocking chairs. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wish that it could have been longer. I would return to this cabin again.

• I do not know how you could improve our stay with Cabin Fever
Vacations. I have been in charge of renting chalets for a group of people every
year for the past 18 years. I must say this year was one of the easiest ever.
The only problem we had at all was the fireplace in the bottom level wouldn't
lite. Other than that no problems at all. Thank you for a stress free weekend.

• I really can't think of anything. The cabin was top notch and the cleanliness was exceptional. Not all of the companies seem to value that aspect.
• The customer service is fantastic. The employees do whatever
it takes to take care of the guest. I've never been treated as well as I have
been at Cabin Fever.

• I told the lady when we check out by phone that the bath tub leaked into the kitchen when the water was draining out. And it took some time for it to drain because it backup and drained slow. Other than that, it was wonderful.
• EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR CABIN RENTAL WAS PERFECT. FROM OFFICE PERSONNEL
TO THE CABIN ITSELF. BEST CABIN EXPERIENCE THAT WE HAVE EVER HAD.

• Directions were perfect. The hours were good, the people were
nice and everything was what we expected. I like the fact that we didn't have
to come back to the office on the day of check out. We just got to leave. The
clean up procedures were not too much either. I thought we would have to do
a lot more than what we did. The check-in process was very quick as well. Thank
you so much for a fabulous getaway.

• Hot tub quit working on us 3 times throughout our stay which was frustrating (think a circuit blew? and the breaker was locked to us) but overall we had an amazing stay. Oh, and we stayed in Morning Breeze - not a fan of the gravel roads! Thanks for a wonderful cabin to stay in though!

fast (after a 8 hr trip and 5 cars) very happy with everything. HIGHLY HIGHLY
RECOMMEND
• We had a great time! However there were some problems! We had
to call because the theater room tv wasn't working and also another tv in one
of the bedrooms. There were also a few other minor problems but the maintenance
man took care of us!! Except he never did bring back a TV for the one bedroom!!
Over all, it was a great vacation. The staff was great!!! Thanks for everything!
• The cabin was clean and beautiful. The location was central to Galinburg and PF. the people were very helpful. The code given to us didn't work, but you were quick to get us a code that did work (good thing my friends phone had a signal because mine did not). The only thing i would change is that the cabin hot tub was on the bottom floor in a screened enclosure. it didn't feel like we were in the great outdoors. More like on a back porch. Otherwise,
an EXCELLENT stay! We had a blast!
• Ours was a new cabin so we didn't have the "blue binder" of information, nor did our phone work for local service. Good thing we had our cellphone on a nationwide plan so that we could call the office to inform them of that. Amenities were wonderful - felt very at home. Your website is great to navigate, and the pictures really set the tone. Prices were very affordable, given the quality of the rental.
• The only problem we had was the door code would not work and we had to call a couple of times before this was resolved. This would not have been such a big hassle except for the fact that our cabin location was not in a cell phone friendly area and we had to leave the cabin twice to make the calls. The staff was awesome and very friendly. Your website is extremely easy to use with great pictures, prices and availabiliy. Thanks and we will use this service again!
• This was our first time renting a cabin. The previous times, we stayed at a B&B.
I would have loved if you have a small welcome basket as an option with some
sugar, salt, coffee or tea. We did not bring it, and it took us two days before
we were able to shop for that.
• Our cabin (I Can See For Miles) was beautiful! I would suggest a little more detail regarding amenities. We had dvd players & a playstation, but assumed there would be games & videos available (there were not). Also thought there might be a board game library. Also, website indicated there were 4 rocking chairs on deck and there were only 2. Not really a big deal. It was wonderful all the same!
• We enjoyed our cabin as much as any other thing while we
were there and look forward to coming back as soon as possible.
• We love staying at your place! The cabin we stayed at (Sugar Shack) was wonderful. The only suggestion I could give would be (as clean as your cabins are) that in this particular cabin the upstairs bathroom lights over the sink were in desperate need of a cleaning...which is highly unusual and Im sure just an oversight! Otherwise great job!!!
• The cabin that we stayed in was great. They were a few things not good ( hot tub was not clean, they was a few wasp, no iron) but other than that I enjoyed my stayed. Cabin fever Vacations staff was very helpful and nice. We will be going to Gatlinburg again and will be going through yall again. Thanks again.

• Our vacation couldn't have been any more perfect (well, besides the 2 rainy days we had)! The cabin (Poolish Behavior) was wonderful -- it had all the comforts of home and then some! The cabin was quiet, peaceful, and very clean -- which I appreciate very much! We visit the area between 2 and 4 times per year and this is by far the best visit yet! Thank you!
• We had a very nice trip. The cabin we stayed in, Mooseberry, was awesome. A lot than we expected. We plan on making in an annual trip with friends. We want to stay at the same chalet.
• The service was great and very helpful. A few things were
not working when we got there and the maintenance person came by the very next
day which was very nice. Thank you. We had a blast and we will definitely be
visiting again.
• We had a great time staying with you guys. I do hope you find the leak in the Dream Weaver Cabin. Because that is a very nice home. • As always, our stay at Covered Bridge was fantastic. The cabin we stayed in was newer and well thought out. This was our first trip without our four boys and Cabin Fever made it easy.
• Everything was as expected. The only fault I had was there was not any dish washing detergent in order to wash the dishes when I left. I only had two coffee cups and had to put them in the dishwasher and I feel like that was a waste of energy and water. Other than that, everything was excellent. Thanks
• The check-in process was so smooth. My only issue was when
we got to our cabin, which was "equipped" for 12 people, we had only
5 chairs at the dining room table. Therefore we had to use one of the bar stools
during meals. This made for uncomfortable seating. Other than this minor issue
we were completely satisfied with our experience.
• This was our first time vacationing with Cabin Fever Vacations. We were very impressed with the cabin and the support staff. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip!
• Overall great experience. Would have preferred a more detailed/accurate description of where the cabin was located prior to booking. But it worked out fine! Would love to come back for a longer time!!
• Our stay was wonderful everyone had a good time. The Lumberjack Lodge was very nice, the water in the sinks seem hotter then the shower, maybe to hot. I will always recommend you place of business.
• Our cabin was "Theatre Mountain Lodge" and while it was brand new and amazing, it could have used more hot water heaters or a larger one. It can sleep up to 14 (we only had 10) and I found that I rarely got a good hot shower unless I was the very first one awake. This, however, is my ONLY complaint. We had an very nice cabin and a great trip to Gatlinburg.
• The only thing that I was disappointed in with our cabin was
the pots and pans, especially frying pans. Everything stuck to the pan. We
couldn;t do pancakes or fry eggs. Which will just make me bring a good frying
pan and a griddle next time! No big deal. Our cabin was absolutely beautiful
and was perfect for the eight of us. Usually its just my husband and I going
to the Smokies and I noticed you have some beautiful one bedrooms also. We
will definitely stay with you again!
• THE COMPANY WAS GREAT AND I WOULD TELL ANYONE ABOUT YOU GUYS.
I WILL USE YOU IN THE FUTURE WITHOUT A DOUBT. THE ONLY ISSUE WE HAD WAS THE
WASHING MACHINE AND THAT WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND WE KNOW THINGS HAPPEN BEYOND
OUR CONTROL. BUT SHAWN THE SUPERVISOR WAS GOOD AT TAKING CARE OF US. WE LOOK
FORWARD TO USING YOU AGAIN IN THE SUMMER AND AGAIN NEXT FEB. THOSE ARE THE
2 TIMES A YEAR WE TRAVEL THERE.

• We had an overall great time. The cabin was beautiful and the mountains were just breathtaking. The only part that was a slight downfall was that since it was "off season" we didn't get to visit all of the attractions that we would have liked to have seen. We will definitely know for next time.

• My (now) husband and i stayed at mountain seclusin cabin along
with my son who is 11 years of age. we had a great time. loved the cabin. only
one complaint, it was very cold down stairs and my son had to sleep on the
couch up stairs. other than that it was awesome. enjoyed the scenery as well

• I loved the cabin we stayed in. It was called a touch of class and it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. We are looking forward to returning with our entire family and renting a larger cabin. I don't have any suggestions for improvements because this was a great experience for us with no complaints.

to the Smokies twice a year for five years, and have stayed with you just about
every time. Your website is easy to navigate, your prices are very good, and
your rentals are fantastic. I have referred several of our friends and family

• Everything was great! The office staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! The Cabin was excellent and well maintained. Two small things that could have helped: a map to go along with the directions to the cabin, and.... a better stock of bathroom tissue in the cabin. We had a great trip! Thanks for making me look so good to my group!
• We brought our youth from Belfast Methodist Church to Ressurection, this was our second year and our second year with Cabin Fever. We all loved the cabin.

• The only complaint I have about the cabin is the dvd player. You might consider posting some instructions on use. Switching from the direct TV to the dvd players was next to impossible to figure out. Otherwise all was good!
